There are different methods to deal with stress but sometimes are not effective for all people equally.

In my case, playing sports or running, bicycling helps me a lot has to distract the mind and relax.
On the other hand, if I have time I like to go for a walk along the beach or in the best case out of town for the weekend is a good option to relax.

However, there are times in which we are subjected under a lot of pressure. It is also advisable to vent chatting with someone about how we feel. Also, we try to control our character and if in any case not work simpre is a good option to seek professional help.
